Woven Electronics produce molded assemblies for a variety of military, aerospace, vehicles, medical and industrial electronics applications. Specific applications typically include umbilical, I/O, and portable equipment interconnect. These products are often used in severe, rugged environments.
Variations:
Woven manufactures molded assemblies in many varieties including:
- Single Ended - blunt cut, removal of jacketing, strip and tinning of conductor(s); board level connector or terminals (ring, spade or quick connect)
- Single or double ended, multiple legs and "T" assemblies
- Straight and right angle overmold - using PVC, PUR, Polypropylene resins; black standard, colors upon request.
- Cable Constructions - standard cable jacketing using PVC or PUR; shielded (foil and or braid) or power; various conductor insulation available

Design Process:
- Woven will redesign an existing product or create a new design providing solutions that are reverse compatible or proprietary to each customer application. All engineered solutions provide enhanced product performance while providing a cost effective alternative:
- Review customer's design for material or process cost enhancements
- Review customer's manufacturing process and develop product changes to enhance throughput
- Total connector design or redesign
